The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Northern Screens UK. Northern Screens UK operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Northern Screens UK is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced within them (the “Terms”), set out the rights and responsibilities that apply when you use the Services.

We make every effort to present our products and services as accurately as possible through our online store. However, please note that colours, textures, finishes, and general product appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, display settings, and the nature of the materials used.

All our products are made to order, and some are bespoke, custom, made-to-measure, or finished by hand. As a result, slight variations in appearance, finish, tone, and texture may occur and may form part of the natural character of the product.

Where a pre-aged rust finish or other specialist finish is selected, the customer acknowledges that natural variation may occur and that no two pieces will necessarily appear identical.

All product descriptions, specifications, images, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantities of any products offered.

Section 3 - Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Northern Screens UK reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. We must receive and process payment before an order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. As all our products are made to order, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or amendment requests once an order has been accepted or production has begun.

If we do not accept, amend, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal or household use unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

Section 4 - Prices & Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, prices shown do not include delivery charges or any applicable taxes.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made through the Services. You agree to update your information promptly so that we can complete transactions and contact you where necessary.

You confirm that:

1. Any payment information you provide is accurate and complete
2. You are authorised to use the chosen payment method
3. You will pay all charges incurred by you, including delivery charges and any applicable taxes.

Section 5 - Shipping & Delivery

All shipping and delivery information is subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we aim to complete and dispatch orders within the timeframes stated in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, supplier delays, production requirements, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Section 6 - Made-to-Order, Bespoke, Custom & Made-to-Measure Products

All our products are made to order, and some products are bespoke, custom-made, made-to-measure, or produced to a customer’s specification.

Where goods are made to order, bespoke, custom-made, or manufactured in accordance with dimensions, specifications, finishes, or information supplied by the customer, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange except as set out in our Return & Refund Policy or where required by law.

Customers are responsible for checking all measurements, specifications, selections, and order details carefully before placing an order.

Where a product has been manufactured in accordance with the information supplied by the customer, we cannot accept responsibility for errors in those submitted details.

Section 7 - Intellectual Property

The Services, including but not limited to all text, graphics, images, product descriptions, branding, logos, icons, audio, video, page design, layout, and overall presentation, are owned by Northern Screens UK, its licensors, or its affiliates and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, transmit, display, perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any intellectual property belonging to Northern Screens UK, Shopify, or any third party, except as expressly stated.

Northern Screens UK is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sale or purchase made through our store is made directly with Northern Screens UK, not with Shopify.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Northern Screens UK, including any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from products or services purchased from us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or relating to purchases and transactions made with Northern Screens UK.
